Locum Occupational Therapist

About the roles

Based in a large public hospital in regional Victoria’s alpine and wine region, these two locum positions offer excellent variety and support. Both roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 12 weeks.

• Role 1 – Acute Inpatient (Start: 21/7/25): Manage a caseload across medical, stroke, respiratory, orthopaedic, and surgical wards. Ideal for experienced hospital OTs with strong acute care skills.
• Role 2 – Sub-Acute (Start: 11/8/25): Work across rehabilitation, GEM, and palliative care. Suited for OTs with a passion for holistic care in later stages of recovery.

Both roles provide opportunities to contribute to a great young team within a well-supported hospital environment. One of the positions also includes mentoring a Grade 1 OT.

Skills & experience

• AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospital settings (4+ years highly desirable)
• Acute and/or sub-acute experience depending on the role
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
